A Mutual Insurance Company is owned by the policyholders. There are no stockholders and the premiums collected are invested to pay current and future losses of the Company. You are more than just another number at Ralls County Mutual Insurance—you are a member. This means you are one of the owners of the company. At Ralls County Mutual Insurance Company the policyholder has a say in what goes on in the company.

You have more than a share in the business, you are the business! Directors of the Company must be policyholders themselves. Only policyholders can vote in the election of directors at the annual meeting of the Mutual Insurance Company.

Ralls County Mutual Insurance holds its annual meeting of the members at 10:00 AM on the third Monday in January of each year.
