Gene, now Fire Chief, joined the
Hannibal Fire Department in 1984. In 1995 Gene joined Ralls County
Mutual Insurance Company as both agent and director in 2001. Gene and his wife, Kim, have two married
sons and have lived in Hannibal all their lives. Gene enjoys going
for a rare round of golf on the weekends and spending as much time
as possible with his family.
