Russell Dean Baker
joined Ralls County Mutual Insurance Company in 1971. From that time
he has served as agent, director, vice-president and president. Dean and his wife Martha, have three children and seven
grandchildren. Since retiring from selling insurance in 2006,
Russell splits his time between farming and traveling. Dean
also finds time to be an active member and president in the
Fellowship of Christian Farmers.
