The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated General Manager for our 133-year-young company. This is a full time,
salaried position. The ideal candidate will share our mission to provide security and peace of mind to
our members. Ralls County Mutual Insurance Company is committed to excellent service and financial
growth to members, agents, and employees.

What You’ll Do

Develop & manage all lines of insurance for the company’s Property and Casualty book of business.
Identify potential markets product enhancements to promote and maintain a healthy policyholder portfolio.
Research market trends & complete rate analysis in order to recommend and implement new product enhancements and programs.
Develop & implement a comprehensive compliance underwriting and claims procedure regimen.
Actively oversee full company/agent compliance with laws, regulation and best practices.
Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and hold team to the same standard
Prepare financial data to review with the board of directors during the monthly meetings.

What You Have

Knowledge of insurance products and usages.
Ability to acquire an insurance license if you don’t already have one.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
Strong technical and Math Skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
